Our Story

In 2007,
we asked a simple question.

“Why were businesses across Scotland not getting more from their technology providers?”

Scroll down to find out what we did about it

On The Record

A short conversation about
what hasn’t changed.

Q

What’s happened since 2007?

A

Nearly two decades on, we’re still delivering cutting-edge technology, delivered with unbeatable service, and a promise of better. Better then. Better now. Better tomorrow.

Q

Have you changed?

A

No — our conviction is intact. We still believe most businesses are getting less than they deserve from their technology, and we still set out every day to prove that better exists.

Q

Are you still service first?

A

Yes — we employ four times more service technicians than salespeople, plus a team of internal account managers on hand whenever you need them.

Q

What about today?

A

We work with over 1,000 businesses across the UK — managing their IT, cyber security, digital workflows, print, and communications.

What We Believe

The gap between
fine and better.

01
The Gap

Most businesses are underserved by their technology providers. Not badly served
— just never quite as well as they deserve. That gap is why Workflo exists.

02
Genuine Freedom

Technology should free you to focus on your people, your customers, and your growth
— not your IT problems.

03
A Higher Standard

Businesses who trust us with their technology deserve a partner who holds themselves accountable.
Not just in the tools we use, but in the way we show up every single day.

04
Earned Trust

We don’t assume loyalty — we earn it. Every month, every ticket, every conversation is a chance
to prove we’re still the right partner for your business.

Our Purpose

To prove
that better
exists.

The Standard
Every client finishes the year stronger than they started it — because of us. Better. Every year.
The Measure
Not tickets closed or SLAs met — but whether your business is genuinely better off.
The Promise
If we can’t prove it, we haven’t earned the right to call ourselves your partner.

Better technology delivery. Better response times. Better relationships. Better outcomes.
Not as a tagline — as a measurable standard we hold ourselves to across every client, every ticket, and every conversation.

We exist to raise the bar on what businesses should expect from a technology partner.
That means proactive support before issues surface, honest advice even when it costs us a
sale, and a team that treats your infrastructure as if their own reputation depends on it
Because it does.

That’s what drives us. Not growth targets or market share — the belief that every business
we work with should finish the year in a stronger position than they started it, because of us.
If we can’t prove that, we haven’t earned the right to call ourselves your partner.

Our Journey

It started with a conversation.

We're founded in Edinburgh with a simple belief: businesses
