Managed IT — Partnership with Guardz
Workflo has partnered with Guardz, a cybersecurity platform built for managed service providers. This partnership enhances our security offering, combining Workflo’s IT expertise with Guardz’s advanced protection and real-time threat prevention, helping our clients stay safer, more secure and resilient against cyber risks.
Together, we’re helping your business stay secure, compliant and confidently connected.
Unified Communications
150 Years of the
humble telephone.
2026 marks the 150th anniversary of Alexander Graham Bell’s invention of the telephone and a fitting moment to acknowledge the end of the traditional PSTN. Businesses still on legacy infrastructure need to act. Modern alternatives including VoIP and hosted telephony offer greater flexibility, reliability and cost efficiency. Workflo’s Comms team can guide you through a seamless transition.

Employee Spotlight
Meet
Alan Fok
This quarter we introduce Alan Fok, our newest team member. Alan relocated to Scotland in 2023, bringing with him an impressive background in IT, most recently leading IT infrastructure and user support teams across the Asia Pacific region at a French bank.
At Workflo, Alan handles escalating support tickets and onsite client visits. He loves that no two days are the same and is already working on a project management template to help the whole team work more efficiently.
Outside of work, Alan is a keen runner and cyclist and says the thing that stood out most from day one was how much Workflo genuinely cares about its people.

We’re proud to announce that our supported charity of the year for 2026 is Kick Mental Health, West Lothian. Kick Mental Health is a grassroots organisation that delivers vital mental health support, awareness and early intervention services to people across West Lothian. Their work spans everything from one-to-one wellbeing support to community workshops and outreach programmes, helping individuals build resilience, reduce isolation and access the right help at the right time. Mental health affects all of us, directly or indirectly, and we believe that supporting organisations working at a community level makes a real and meaningful difference.
